We welcome you to have a unique stay in Grand Junction in the home of professional artist Damian Radice. Over the years, this property has evolved into an artists' haven, housing the studios of three local artists. Damian's pottery studio and kiln yard offer guests the opportunity to learn about the art of pottery-making. During your stay, please visit the ceramics studio where you can observe a stoneware or raku demonstration, or arrange a private lesson.

In addition, there are inviting spaces inside and out where guests may relax, enjoy the art around them, read, watch TV or movies, or snuggle by a warm fire. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and other refreshments are provided in the afternoon, and we are happy to suggest superb local restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Our home is very easy to locate from I-70. Get off I-70 at the Clifton exit (#37), which will put you on the south side of the interstate. At the first light, which is F Road (Patterson Road), turn right. Go 2.5 miles to 30 Road and turn left. Go .5 mile to E 1/2 Road (Orchard Avenue). Continue through this intersection to the second driveway on the right. Pull into the driveway and park on the right.
