RATES
Rates are subject to change. Taxes (currently 4.9%) will be added to your final bill.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends and all holidays. One-night stays are welcome Monday through Thursday.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are highly recommended. A deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost is required at the time of reservation and may be secured on the telephone by credit card. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the inn's limited number of rooms, deposits will be refunded if a 7-day advance notice of cancellation is given. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded only if the room can be re-booked. There is a $15 fee for all cancellations.
No-show and same day cancellations will be charged for the entire stay.
Cancellations are accepted over the phone. A phone or email message does not count as advance notice.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is not before 4 p.m. and not after 7 p.m. unless advance arrangements have been made with us. Please discuss early or late arrival times with us when you make reservations. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
OTHER INFORMATION
The Gallery B&B is a non-smoking establishment indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.
Children over the age of 10 are allowed on a case-by-case basis; therefore, please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with children.
We are unable to accommodate guest pets.
Once purchased, gift certificates may only be used for the inn and may not be redeemed for cash. In addition, there is a one-year expiration date on each gift certificate.
Both the Main House and the Coop have evaporative cooling, and there are fans in all bedrooms.
